About the Role
This trainee program offers hands-on experience in strategy and business development within the entertainment industry. Participants will provide insights through desktop research, collect and analyze data, and support strategic initiative planning across various business units.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights based on business needs through desktop research.
- Collect and extract clear, actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Support the planning of strategies and initiatives in collaboration with multiple business units.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in university or graduate school.
- Able to participate in the trainee program for less than 20 hours per week.
- Interest and passion for the entertainment business.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during the internship.
- Agreement not to disclose trainee program details to third parties via the internet or social media.
- Ability to commute to the company office in Tokyo.
- Passion for the media and entertainment industry and interest in content.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trusting communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations in English (oral communication skills are a plus).
- Data analysis skills (e.g., data presentation, graphs, Excel).
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
