About the Role
This role focuses on the web presence of an AI-native SaaS startup, specifically the marketing site, campaign landing pages, and A/B tests. The goal is to rapidly design, build, and iterate on web assets that drive conversions and express the company's brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing site end-to-end, including home, pricing, comparison, integration, vertical, and SEO landing pages.
- Create landing pages at volume for campaigns, paid ads, and partner microsites, aiming for multiple per week.
- Conduct A/B testing, including hypothesis formulation, variant design, shipping, data analysis, and iteration.
- Develop templates for common web components to expedite the creation of new landing pages.
- Handle one-off design and development tasks for unique formats, custom layouts, and interactive elements.
- Optimize conversion surfaces such as signup, paywall, and trial walls on the web.
- Ship one landing page or A/B test variant to production within the first day.
- Collaborate with the Growth team on campaign landing pages, ad-to-landing flows, and conversion targets.
- Partner with the Founding Designer on strategic web initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web/UI/UX design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing shipped websites and landing pages with real traffic.
- Experience building and testing landing pages end-to-end, including naming specific experiments and their outcomes.
- Proficiency in analyzing data from tools like PostHog, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of hierarchy, form, and conversion principles, with the ability to justify design decisions with data.
- Daily, hands-on AI use across the entire workflow (ideation, copy, generation, code).
- Demonstrated bias toward shipping, measuring, and iterating.
- Self-managed with sharp written communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
- Fluency in A/B testing is required.
- Experience shipping own product or side project end-to-end is a plus.
- Experience designing and shipping in no-code tools (Webflow or Framer) is a plus.
- Experience running A/B tests with statistical rigor is a plus.
- Experience on B2B SaaS websites where conversion equals pipeline is a plus.
- Familiarity with PostHog experiments specifically is a plus.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system for a marketing site is a plus.
