About the Role

This role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract for a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive based in the London head office. The position reports to the VM Manager and involves a hybrid work arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Visual Merchandising project delivery across Travel Retail EMEA, ensuring timely execution within budget and brand standards.
  • Manage new store openings, renovations, campaign launches, pop-ups, and promotional activations in collaboration with Store Design, Brand Teams, and retailers.
  • Oversee project budgets, supplier management, production, logistics, installation, and asset delivery.
  • Plan and deliver campaign collateral, lightboxes, planograms, and VM updates regionally.
  • Maintain VM calendars, databases, and asset compliance, ensuring accurate records and effective inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, installers, and external agencies for optimal execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements in processes and in-store execution.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and support VM training, workshops, and Go-to-Market meetings.
  • Coach and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and high execution standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium retail (Travel Retail experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for premium retail execution.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region when required.
