About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join a fast-paced, growing business. Pharmacists across Australia dispense over 550,000 prescriptions and serve over 1.5 million customers weekly, providing exceptional care to local communities. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality pharmacy services that adhere to the highest industry standards, sharing knowledge and expertise to shape professional development.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations
Dispensary inventory management and order processing
Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice

Requirements

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
Must hold appropriate working rights
