About the Role
Join dentsu as a Programmatic Manager to steer impactful campaigns, guide a talented team, strengthen key relationships, and ensure our programmatic engine runs at full speed. You will negotiate deals, elevate our DSP presence, and bring energy, clarity, and a spark that clients remember.
Responsibilities
- Work with publishers and partners to shape campaign approaches, negotiate quarterly deals, and provide clear, insightful performance reporting.
- Manage all DSP relationships, acting as the bridge between platforms and clients, leading QBR participation, presenting product roadmaps, troubleshooting platform issues, and identifying beta opportunities.
- Guide the team through client requests, strategic planning, and campaign brief responses, championing high standards, cross-team collaboration, and seamless delivery.
- Bring fresh thinking to internal brainstorms, contribute to channel strategy, and help craft compelling visuals and narratives tailored to client needs.
- Own the client relationship, managing senior-level conversations, acting as the escalation point for campaign challenges, hosting education sessions, and presenting QBRs and thought-leadership pieces.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in programmatic advertising, with a track record of managing teams and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage relationships across publishers, partners, and DSPs.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients, leading education sessions, and contributing to strategic discussions.

- Deep hands-on expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
