About the Role
This role involves selling innovative medical devices in the oncology field, focusing on providing information and sales activities for implantable central venous ports and biopsy needles, primarily to core hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and conduct sales activities for implantable venous ports and biopsy needles, mainly in acute care hospitals.
- Engage with surgeons, radiologists (IVR), and nurses in chemotherapy and infection control departments who handle malignant tumors as key customers for implantable venous ports.
- Focus sales activities on new products for the breast area, including acute care hospitals and breast clinics, for biopsy needles.
- Build relationships with medical professionals.
- Deliver product presentations.
- Secure orders.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage primarily with departments such as gastrointestinal surgery, breast surgery, and radiology in core hospitals.
- Conduct activities at breast clinics.
- Handle customer issues in case of stockouts or voluntary recalls.
- Attend approximately 1-2 operations per month.
- Conduct consulting sales by understanding issues, problems, and needs in the medical field, and proposing solutions that include company products and new procedures, considering treatment effects, economic efficiency, and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Sales experience (experience outside the medical device industry is acceptable if the candidate is proactive and self-motivated).
- Valid driver's license.

Experience Level
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales (manufacturer or distributor)
- Sales experience targeting surgical, IVR, and departments handling malignant tumors is preferred.
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree or higher
