About the Role

Dig Inn’s Growth Associate role is in charge of building channel and market-agnostic revenue, spanning new catering growth and alternative revenue exploration. You will collaborate with various departments, analyze performance metrics, and partner with marketing and operations to bring sales-building opportunities to life. This role requires on-site work at restaurants and weekly travel across the Northeast region. Success is measured by incremental, attributable revenue growth through identifying and executing new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support catering business in key verticals by identifying and establishing relationships with new corporate customers.
  • Work with the larger Revenue & Growth team to identify, align on size-of prize and ultimately execute on compelling net-new alternative revenue.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client data, track sales activities, and prepare reports on growth progress.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and growth plans for Dig Inn's catering business and new sales building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct market research and engage with clients directly to improve product-market fit.
  • Test, measure, report, and optimize sales tactics based on business and brand objectives.
  • Work on cross-functional strategic projects with other teams to drive revenue growth.
