About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy across the US market, driving new customer acquisition on paid social. This role is for someone at the start of their creative strategy journey who understands social media creative and is eager to grow within a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute US creative strategy, developing concepts, hooks, and angles.
  • Build the weekly roadmap of paid social testing.
  • Work across the brief-to-analysis cycle to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Create content, including scripting and filming UGC-style ads, building social assets in Canva, and editing raw footage.
  • Own creator outreach end-to-end in the UK and US, managing relationships.
  • Ideate and collaborate with US agency partners, bringing fresh concepts and supporting brief development.
  • Translate US creative strategy into clear, inspiring briefs for the in-house team.
  • Track and analyze creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube using metrics like CPA, CTR, CVR, and CPMs.
  • Stay informed on US consumer trends, competitive creative, and platform changes to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or content role (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered).
  • A genuine understanding of creative strategy and its connection between audience insight and performance.
  • Strong brief writing skills, producing clear, insightful, and useful briefs.
  • Good copywriting ability for social media content.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and using data for decision-making.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple briefs and markets simultaneously.
  • Comfortable creating content, including scripting, using tools like Canva, and shooting/featuring in short-form video.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to think differently and push boundaries.
  • Ability to set big goals and collaborate effectively.
