About the Role

Ascension is seeking a leader to direct clinical operations, multi-site strategies, and policy development for advanced neurodiagnostic services, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct clinical operations, multi-site strategies, and policy development for advanced services (EEG, EMU, LTM, cEEG, IONM) to align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain continuous regulatory readiness and strict alignment with ABRET, ASET, Joint Commission, DNV, CMS, and state standards.
  • Oversee comprehensive staffing, scheduling, and professional development while driving quality metrics, technology initiatives, and cross-functional physician relationships.
  • Manage departmental budgets, maximize resource productivity, direct capital planning, and negotiate vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.
  • Participate in national level Ascension programmatic discussions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
  • Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) through ABRET.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Neurodiagnostic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in neurodiagnostics (EEG, EMU, LTM, or related services), including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EEG, long-term monitoring (LTM), epilepsy monitoring units (EMU), continuous EEG (cEEG), intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), and related neurodiagnostic services.
