About the Role

A cleaning technician is a specialized professional responsible for the deep cleaning, sanitation, and detailed maintenance of residential and light commercial buildings. This position goes above and beyond standard cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of clients' homes and offices.
• Adhere to all company policies and training protocols.
• Report and notify manager of repairs to equipment and tools.
• Report any concerns or questions from clients to the customer care line.
• Load and unload the work vehicle.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, wiping down all surfaces.
• Dust windowsills and all furniture.
• Operate standard cleaning machines and equipment, including various vacuum cleaners, mop and bucket, bucketless mop, broom, glass cleaning tools, high dusters, carpet extractor, and steamers.
• Use standard cleaning products from the company dispenser and office storage.
• Remove trash and recycling and place in designated areas upon client request.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Conduct inspections before leaving the job site.
• Organize and restock the work vehicle, storage areas, cleaning tools, and equipment daily.
• Assist with daily office laundry.
