About the Role
Ventia is offering opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to build long-term careers through the Ventia Graduate Program. This two-year program provides tailored experience across diverse projects through four structured rotations, designed to turn potential into performance and accelerate development.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects, initiatives, and operational activities that contribute to business objectives.
- Analyze information and apply problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, insights, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and the development of business processes, systems, and solutions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes while building technical and professional capabilities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
