About the Role

Dishwashers are essential to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring tableware, cookware, and the kitchen remain spotless. They are considered the heart of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring proper sanitation levels and reporting issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness.
