About the Role

As a Specialist WiM/ GPKE in Market Communication (w/m/d) at SpotmyEnergy, you will be part of a dedicated team actively driving the energy transition. Our mission is to optimize market communication processes and ensure efficient and transparent collaboration with network operators. You will have the opportunity to work independently on exciting projects, playing a key role in ensuring data quality and process stability. Your work will be crucial for the successful implementation of our innovative energy concept.

Responsibilities

Systemic processing and clearing of WiM and GPKE processes
Master data cleanup: Checking, updating, and maintaining relevant data records to ensure high data quality
Communication with network operators: Independent clarification of open issues and processing of incoming telephone and written inquiries in close cooperation with our partners and our Head of MaKo
Process optimization: Support in the further development and improvement of market communication workflows
Data collection and analysis: Collection and maintenance of contact data in the CRM system (Hubspot)

Requirements

Previous experience and expertise in change processes in the metering sector or supplier change in market communication
Communicative: You are communicative, work conscientiously, and approach tasks with ease and commitment
Motivated and solution-oriented: You enjoy working with data and are interested in the energy industry
Independence and team spirit: You work in a structured and independent manner, combined with an eye for detail
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM tools (Hubspot)
Fluent German language skills required
