About the Role
As a Working Student in Process Automation, you will expand SpotmyEnergy's internal system and process landscape. You will ensure your teams can work efficiently by cleanly mapping and continuously improving products, workflows, and data structures within our CRM. You will combine technical understanding with a focus on business value.
Responsibilities
- Model new processes and automations in our CRM and implement them in a technically clean and scalable manner.
- Manage roles, permissions, and user management in the CRM.
- Ensure data quality and assist in documenting processes and their technical implementation beyond the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university for at least 6 more months, ideally in a Business and IT-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science).
- Able to support for at least 15 hours per week.
- Fluent in German (at least C1 level).
- Strong hands-on mentality, proactively tackling tasks and taking ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with various stakeholders.
- Possess technical understanding: Git, APIs, Webhooks, Data Models, Software Architecture, and programming experience.
- Work in a structured and meticulous manner, especially regarding data quality and documentation.
