About the Role

We are seeking a mandatory intern (m/w/d) for 6 months to bring our visions to life and accompany our artists with passion and creativity. Understand the daily operations of artist management and an independent label, take on responsibility, and contribute to real projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of releases.
• Support development and execution of social media and marketing measures.
• Support communication with partners, service providers, and platforms.
• Research current developments, trends, and relevant topics in the music market.
• Support daily artist management.
• Prepare and organize appointments, meetings, and projects.
• Support planning and implementation of campaigns and artist activities.
• Accompany photo, video, studio, and content productions.
• Communicate and coordinate with artists, creatives, and external partners.
• Research and prepare trends and relevant topics.
• Support content productions for our artists.
• Create presentations, pitches, and other marketing materials.
• Develop ideas for new formats and artist activations.

Requirements

• Currently studying and seeking a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Reside in Berlin or be willing to relocate for the 6-month period.
• Passionate about music, knowledgeable about current pop and/or hip-hop music, and have a feel for current trends.
• Love spontaneity and be flexible in your work structure.
• Communicate confidently and enjoy working with diverse people.
• Willing to take on responsibility and contribute own ideas.
• Ideally possess a driver's license (B).
