About the Role
Join Prouds the Jewellers' Macquarie team as a Sales Professional. This role is for a motivated sales superstar interested in jewellery, seeking a challenge within a supportive and fast-paced selling environment. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales results.
Responsibilities
- Create professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
- Complete in-house training to stay updated on product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
Requirements
- Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills with outstanding customer service experiences
- Proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work productively individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day store roster
- Must complete a National Police Criminal History Check
