About the Role
The Client Success Partner will be focused on one of our key strategic accounts. Key tasks: Manage the account and all associated agencies, Assist Account Management and Business Development teams for client review and discussion, In partnership with the Sales team, develop and execute project plans, ensuring scheduled events and milestones are delivered on time, Proactively engage clients in utilisation of their solutions and services.

Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a client service role, with international corporate organisations
- Proven service delivery experience for an enterprise application that is delivered as an online service
- Full working rights in Australia
