About the Role

Support the delivery of BI, analytics and automation initiatives across Financial Services. Partner with Finance stakeholders to drive reporting, insights and process improvement. Join a high-performing team shaping the future of BI, data and AI capabilities across FS. Do work that matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of BI and analytics initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Drive adoption of automated analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work hands-on with data, reporting and analytics tools to solve business problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Build productive relationships across Finance teams, Platform Product Owners, Line 1 Risk and broader business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working within Finance teams and partnering closely with Finance stakeholders.
• CBA Finance experience, including exposure to month-end processes, financial control, reporting or journal preparation.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting expense information and datasets to support reporting, insights and business decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.
