About the Role

Responsibilities

Support projects that drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational effectiveness across technology teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, document improvements, and support the adoption of shared frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor adoption and performance.
Identify opportunities to improve operations through automation and enablement initiatives.

Requirements

Undergraduate or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in financial services and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the 11-week Summer Internship Program (May to August).
Able to work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week on-site in New York City.
Passionate about technology, data, AI, and innovation, with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and make an impact.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
Not eligible for optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
