About the Role

This role involves close collaboration with the founders on the strategic and operational development of the company, acting as a central point of contact and interface between the founding team and employees to ensure smooth information flow and efficient processes. You will prepare decision proposals, reports, and presentations based on key company figures to support strategic decisions, and contribute to growth initiatives and business development projects.

Responsibilities

Close collaboration with the founders on the strategic and operational development of the company.
Support management as a central point of contact and interface between the founding team and employees to ensure smooth information flow and efficient processes.
Creation and preparation of decision proposals, reports, and presentations based on relevant company figures to prepare strategic decisions.
Participation in the implementation of growth initiatives and business development projects in close coordination with the founders.
Independent coordination and prioritization of internal projects and support of operational implementation.
Support in the continuous optimization of internal processes and structures in the areas of operations, finance, and business development.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
Interest in shaping business processes.
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideally, initial experience in companies.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Located in Berlin or planning to relocate.
