About the Role

Edition Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who combines clinical excellence with a strong patient connection, understanding that great care is about how patients feel. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values aesthetics and experience, and wants to contribute to a team redefining modern dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application
• Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies
• Create a comfortable, elevated experience for every patient—focused on trust and attention to detail
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care
• Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
• Registered and in good standing with the CDHO
• Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA)
• IPAC certification
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule
• Brings a calm, polished, and patient-first approach to every interaction
• Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable with dental software and digital workflows

• whitening services (e.g., Zoom)
