About the Role

We are seeking an ideas-first Social Content Producer to join our growing &Accelerate team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing creative ideas to life, from filming and editing engaging Reels or longer-form Youtube content; to designing eye-catching carousels; to managing the practical aspects of bigger scale content production. You will manage multiple workstreams and clients, working across a variety of tasks to produce great social-first creative.

Leading pre-prod for shoots
Creating content from existing assets
Managing timelines alongside colleagues

Requirements

A keen eye for visual craft and brand tone
Skilled at taking existing creative concepts and executing them flawlessly
Social-native and can instinctively spot what content will land
Great examples of previous work, ideally in an agency setting
Love to collaborate and bounce ideas around
Can confidently explain creative decisions and back them up with instinct
Flexibility when it comes to working location, knowing that work will regularly take you on shoot location
