About the Role

Summit Properties is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Community Manager in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment for 124 independent senior living apartments at Cedars Senior Living Community in Queensbury, NY. This role involves administrative and accounting tasks, customer service, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Tenant customer service
  • General office work and filing
  • Responding to phone calls, email & website inquiries
  • Maintaining and scanning resident files
  • Assisting with lease paperwork
  • Verification of income paperwork with the Compliance Officer

Requirements
