About the Role
Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and preserves order. May act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of the workday.
Responsibilities
- Reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, and interviewing witnesses.
- Performing tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
