About the Role

Lead the overarching Trade Marketing strategy for FOX News Media, driving powerhouse go-to-market narratives, marketplace positioning, and demand generation efforts. Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies to elevate the brand's presence, strengthen agency and client engagement, and drive revenue growth across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of breakthrough sales narratives and premium marketing materials.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market frameworks for programming launches, acquisitions, product initiatives, and tentpoles.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate data-driven insights into compelling positioning and proposals.
  • Transform syndicated/custom data into distinct sales stories.
  • Oversee and apply the FOX Advertising portfolio brand positioning and visual identity system.
  • Implement best practices to structure, manage, and maintain an organized library of sales materials.
  • Direct an annual trade marketing calendar, executing high-impact campaigns across B2B channels.
  • Develop and direct core messaging for trade marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualize immersive and differentiated experiences to strengthen relationships.
  • Lead strategic planning of tentpole trade events, industry conferences, and Ad Sales experiences.
  • Oversee the trade marketing digital footprint, including website, email marketing programs, and content management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-value thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior lead for sales enablement and trade marketing, prioritizing projects that move the needle on revenue.
  • Directly lead, manage, and empower a Senior Manager.
  • Collaborate to design tailored professional development and internal training plans for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization with a proven history of owning creative and presentation development.
  • Experience in television, digital, new media, events, and project management.
  • Sophisticated understanding of the modern digital TV ecosystem, streaming strategies, programmatic, and OTT/CTV platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with syndicated/custom research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) and ability to transform numbers into distinct sales stories.
  • Polished presentation skills and exceptional, concise writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of media buying, planning functions, and modern ad formats.
  • Programming, talent, and media relations workflow familiarity is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience using current AI tools to optimize workflow.
  • Willingness to travel and jump into action on weekends when short-notice opportunities arise.
  • An exceptional team player with sharp organizational and problem-solving skills.
