About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our General Manager of Sales, while also offering occasional assistance to members of the broader leadership team. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support
- Managing complex calendars, emails, appointments, and business priorities
- Coordinating meetings, interstate travel, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Preparing, collating, and coordinating reports, presentations, board papers, and correspondence
- Supporting the Sales leadership team with administrative and operational requirements
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across teams to support business initiatives
- Following up on key actions, gathering information, and ensuring timely delivery of requests and outcomes
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of team events, leadership meetings, and strategic projects
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management capabilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience within the residential construction or property industry will be highly regarded
- Satisfactory employment screening
- Completion of a National Police Check may be required
- Pre-employment medical may be required
