About the Role
Pink Squid is seeking a Project Manager to join their Client Services team. This role involves managing various client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction in the field of employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from brief to delivery, including scoping requirements, building plans, and tracking progress.
- Champion process improvements and help the team work more efficiently.
- Schedule resources, liaise with internal teams, and ensure projects meet high standards.
- Manage client communications, leading day-to-day conversations and providing updates.
- Create clear project documentation, timelines, cost proposals, and statements of work.
- Become an expert in employer branding, Pink Squid services, and client needs.
Requirements
- Previous agency experience, ideally as a Project Manager or in a similar role with potential for advancement.
