We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant, referred to as an Active Stylist, to join our team. This role involves connecting with customers, offering styling expertise, and helping customers feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and service that leaves every customer feeling confident
- Build genuine relationships with customers, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
- Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
- Bring energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every shift
Requirements

- Flexibility for shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times
