About the Role

We are seeking a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager for our Bankstown store. This role involves supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, create a positive store atmosphere, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and KPIs while maintaining a fun, customer-focused environment.
• Support team members through training and feedback for their professional growth.
• Manage inventory, maintain store presentation, and assist with visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a positive and safe work environment.
• Assist with roster management to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Requirements

• Retail experience with a background in leadership or supervision.
• Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to support sales goals and coach team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
