About the Role

Lead the development and evolution of ADF artefacts, guidance and enablement assets, supporting consistent and scalable adoption of delivery practices across ASX. Translate strategic intent and governance requirements into practical, usable tools that support effective enterprise delivery and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of the ASX Delivery Framework (ADF) Transformation product backlog, prioritising and producing templates, processes, standards and guidance.
  • Translate ADF policy and framework requirements, including governance controls, into clear, usable artefacts for delivery teams.
  • Align process, templates, standards and guidance changes with tooling changes and the Risk Transformation principles.
  • Coordinate development, review and rollout of ADF materials across ASX.
  • Partner with the Strategy Planning, Execution & Governance Lead, and the ADF Transformation Manager and team to align outputs to product intent and transformation priorities.
  • Collaborate across all streams of the ADF transformation, contributing beyond immediate team responsibilities.
  • Support business adoption through clear communication, guidance and materials.
  • Evolve ADF to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery practices and ways of working.
  • Manage dependencies and delivery timelines to address a large and evolving backlog efficiently.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices and outcomes within Enterprise Enablement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role‑modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the EPMO team (ASX Delivery Framework business owners) to evolve, implement and embed the transformation.
  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end‑to‑end enterprise outcomes.
  • Prepare high‑quality Executive and governance papers, briefings and updates, tailored to audience and governance needs.
  • Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross‑divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
  • Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or training in process design, business analysis or product delivery (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects or programs, with hands‑on accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Practical experience using delivery artefacts in real delivery contexts, enabling the design of fit‑for‑purpose templates, processes and framework changes.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver against a large backlog of work, prioritising competing demands to meet enterprise needs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring artefacts are usable, relevant and adopted.
  • Experience operating in structured or regulated environments.
  • Experience working with delivery frameworks or operating model change.
