About the Role
This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology while driving operational excellence, team performance, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction within a 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities
- Support the Shift Leader in coordinating daily maintenance and operational activities across the site.
- Lead and coach technicians through hands-on guidance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Respond to system faults, outages, and escalations to maximise equipment availability and operational performance.
- Monitor maintenance activities using the CMMS, ensuring accurate reporting and effective asset management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reliability, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards across all activities.
- Support the achievement of key performance indicators related to system performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience working within automated warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret equipment diagnostics and performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
