About the Role
Peloton is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to define and execute the future of commercial software and digital experiences for operators, including gym owners, hotels, universities, and residential fitness facility managers. This role involves driving product strategy and lifecycle for experiences that monitor, manage, and customize equipment and software, aiming to improve operator NPS and the quality of operator tools. The Lead PM will bridge strategy and execution, tackling complex problems and balancing user experience with business outcomes, reporting to a Director of Product Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader for the commercial software domain.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning core metrics like operator NPS, 0-90 day issue rate, and customer support cost reduction.
- Partner with Customer Support, Service & Installation, Engineering, Hardware, Research, Analytics & Design to deliver holistic user experiences.
- Drive organizational alignment and communicate strategic decisions to cross-functional partners.
- Analyze user data, research, testing, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and define success metrics.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, translating needs into requirements and success criteria.
- Leverage AI for rapid experimentation and efficiency, including building and testing prototypes.
- Empower the team to deliver smart software solutions, balancing innovation with long-term scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience.
- At least 2 years building commercial and/or B2B software experiences.
- Self-starter capable of developing creative solutions to complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience building and iterating prototypes and engaging directly with customers.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a collaborative environment.
- Highly collaborative, open to feedback, with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
