About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings.
- Accurately prepare deli products including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Utilize various methods and technologies to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for food safety.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
