About the Role
As our Digital business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help our clients solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes through technology. This role sits within our growing Digital team and will work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning advisory, design, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and requirements gathering sessions.
- Translate business challenges and user needs into actionable solution requirements.
- Develop business cases, future-state processes, service experiences and operating models.
- Analyze systems, integrations, APIs, data flows and business rules to support solution design.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, user journeys, requirements specifications and service blueprints.
- Support agile delivery through prioritisation, backlog management and scope definition.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve analysis, documentation and delivery outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development, proposals and work-winning activities.
- Help strengthen capability across the Digital practice through mentoring, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-10 years' experience in digital consulting, software delivery, technology transformation or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, requirements engineering, process improvement and solution definition.
- Experience facilitating workshops and working with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Experience working alongside developers, architects, UX/UI specialists and project delivery teams.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, integrations and modern digital ecosystems.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis and decision-making.
- Builds trusted relationships and influences outcomes through collaboration and communication.
- Combines strategic thinking with pragmatism and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
- Challenges assumptions constructively to achieve better outcomes for clients and users.
- Brings authenticity, empathy and strong stakeholder management skills.
