About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Analytics Engineer to join us for our next phase of growth. You will design, build, and maintain dbt models that teams across the business rely on for decision-making. You will also own your set of domain models and take on high-priority special data projects, tackling complex, cross-functional problems from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Own dbt models end-to-end, including design, build, and maintenance, with tests, documentation, and schema coverage for reliability and performance.
• Lead special data projects, addressing high-priority, cross-functional problems across Finance, Compliance, Product, and Markets.
• Partner with teams across Product, Markets, and Engineering to ensure correct domain modeling.
• Support business-critical Finance and Compliance reporting by delivering datasets for month-end close and audit requests, and building pipelines to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data trustworthiness by building tests, checks, and alerts to identify issues proactively.
• Apply AI tools and agents across the modeling lifecycle to accelerate development and improve data quality.
• Contribute to the analytics community through code peer-reviews, knowledge sharing, and assisting with data questions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a data role (Analytics Engineering and/or Data Science).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets in dbt.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode) and enabling self-serve analytics.
• Detail-oriented and pragmatic with a 'no task too small' attitude.
• The right to work in the UK, UAE, or US.
