About the Role

The HR Operations team is seeking an insightful HRIS Analyst with experience in iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Workday. This role involves system administration, end-user support, and continuous improvement of HR systems, offering broad learning opportunities within a global HR Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional support for HR applications across ITT.
• Act as the primary technical support for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Translate business requirements into iCIMS technical deliverables and analytical needs.
• Support release changes, implement enhancements, coordinate testing, and troubleshoot end-user issues.
• Focus on continuous improvement of system capabilities, including AI functionality.
• Support HR teams with Workday tickets and troubleshooting.
• Support Workday reporting by translating, analyzing, and prioritizing business and functional requirements.
• Assist internal customers in understanding workforce metrics and utilizing analytics for decision-making.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5 years of experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in research, data, and metrics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proven track record of translating data and metrics into measurable results.
