About the Role
The HR Operations team is seeking an insightful HRIS Analyst with experience in iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Workday. This role involves system administration, end-user support, and continuous improvement of HR systems, offering broad learning opportunities within a global HR Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary functional support for HR applications across ITT.
- Act as the primary technical support for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Translate business requirements into iCIMS technical deliverables and analytical needs.
- Support release changes, implement enhancements, coordinate testing, and troubleshoot end-user issues.
- Focus on continuous improvement of system capabilities, including AI functionality.
- Support HR teams with Workday tickets and troubleshooting.
- Support Workday reporting by translating, analyzing, and prioritizing business and functional requirements.
- Assist internal customers in understanding workforce metrics and utilizing analytics for decision-making.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5 years of experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in research, data, and metrics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proven track record of translating data and metrics into measurable results.
