About the Role

The Aftermarket organization delivers outstanding results through parts and service needs for our vehicles in operation. We have a robust roadmap to continue to realize significant parts sales growth year-over-year. Our parts sales growth initiatives focus on expanding our opportunities with existing customers and penetrating new customer segments. To support this growth our supply chain and systems must develop beyond current performance and find new and creative solutions to deliver parts with optimized delivery lead times and cost. This position will lead agile cross-functional Aftermarket Strategic projects with focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the Aftermarket organization to support the development and implementation of the Aftermarket Strategic Roadmap and contribute to the DTNA Parts Growth strategy and Customer Experience.
  • Uses analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset to identify/ innovate solutions to solve highly complex problems and to drive optimal cost/service logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop business cases and gain cross-functional alignment to launch initiatives, including organizational commitment of resources.
  • Efficiently prove out concepts with SME’s, co-create processes with the functional area stakeholders and facilitate the transition of approved concepts into the business, Stakeholders consist of dealers, customers, suppliers and SME’s both inside DTNA Aftermarket and across the DTNA organization.
  • Lead and support multiple continuous improvement initiatives with project management tools, realizing targets, deliverables & milestones on time and within budget, and regular report outs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Prior project lead (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be a strong communicator to explain concepts and tools to leadership and operations groups to produce a compelling story
  • Identify and structure key issues and plan research and analysis activities that generate insight to drive strategic supply chain performance improvements
  • Demonstrated project management and group facilitation skills
  • Results-oriented with focus on innovation, agility, and “fail-fast & learn” culture with a high degree of analytical ability and proven problem solving skills
  • Positive, curios, industrious and open to work in highly paradoxical situations where missing information makes for a challenging environment.
  • Experience in leading a cross-functional project team
  • Experience in working with external partners, suppliers and/or customers
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
  • Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
