About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance.
  • Manage cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial.
  • Analyze complex legal issues, such as jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
  • Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
  • Superior academic credentials and references.
  • Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
  • Candidates with a strong interest in the field of aviation, and/or technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences are especially encouraged to apply.
