About the Role

As a Certification Advisor, you will be the trusted guide helping prospective students navigate decisions about Precision Nutrition's certifications and coaching programs. This role focuses on building genuine relationships by listening carefully, understanding goals, and recommending the best learning pathway, rather than high-pressure sales.

Responsibilities

• Support prospective students exploring Precision Nutrition's certifications and coaching programs.
• Guide prospective students through certifications, courses, and coaching offerings via email, live chat, and scheduled phone calls.
• Build genuine relationships by listening carefully, understanding each person's goals, and recommending the learning pathway that best fits their needs.
• Answer detailed questions about programs, curriculum, coaching methodology, career opportunities, and building a coaching practice.
• Help troubleshoot enrollment, registration, and payment questions, partnering with the Customer Experience team.
• Develop thoughtful follow-up strategies to help prospective students confidently move through their decision-making process.
• Share recurring customer questions and insights with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, communication templates, predefined replies, and knowledge resources.
• Stay current on Precision Nutrition programs, promotions, and the broader coaching industry.

Requirements

• Completed all three Precision Nutrition certifications: PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification, Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery Certification, and PN Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification.
• Experience coaching clients and ability to speak confidently about applying the PN methodology in practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy helping people make thoughtful decisions rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Ability to build trust quickly through empathy, curiosity, and active listening.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with seeing the bigger picture.
• Comfortable learning and using new technology, including AI tools.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working in collaborative documentation platforms such as Notion.
• Familiar with ticketing software (ZenDesk or similar).
• Familiar with online team communication tools such as Slack.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
• Available to work an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
