About the Role

Drive new and existing distribution of AG Barr portfolio products in Key Regional and multi-Site Operating accounts within an assigned territory. This role involves executing national plans with local activity to achieve objectives within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hitting targets related to revenue, distribution, new business, and product availability.
  • Developing mutual growth strategies with key customers.
  • Identifying and securing new stockists while negotiating commercial terms.
  • Managing the end-to-end flow of stock to ensure product availability.
  • Executing promotional campaigns and seasonal 'big bets' for high visibility.
  • Managing promotional and trade investment budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Using category data and consumer insights to influence customers and optimise sales performance.
  • Building long-term partnerships with buyers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handling administrative duties, internal communications, and account reviews.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in FMCG or strategic sales, preferably Key Account Management.
  • Direct experience within the UK/Local On-Trade drinks industry and cocktails is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets with a focus on New Business.
  • Excellent IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Able to learn new packages (Cognos, IRI/Kantar, Demantra).
  • Comfortable working with sales data and managing budgets.
  • Highly organised.
  • Developed communication skills (especially remotely).
