About the Role
Performs maintenance work on bank buildings and equipment, requiring proficiency in at least three trade skills. Analyzes and resolves maintenance issues, and performs general maintenance and landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance work on bank buildings and equipment, including basic HVAC maintenance.
- Maintains bank buildings and grounds through monthly inspections and general repairs.
- Ensures safe walkways and parking lots by clearing snow and ice.
- Maintains an adequately stocked work van.
- Assists with branch openings, closures, relocations, and renovations.
- Supports facilities projects and capital improvements.
- Coordinates preventive maintenance planning with Facilities Management.
- Diagnoses building, equipment, and operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Delivers, sets up, repairs, and moves office furniture.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to perform tasks under adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to utilize regular use of trade and craft skills including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations outside normal business hours.
- Valid driver's license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the branch network.
- Works on ladders.
- Works in all climates.
- Works on roofs.
- Works in crawl spaces.
- Utilizes Microsoft Office and other tools when necessary.
- Utilizes work-order software.
- Utilizes mobile inspection applications.
- Utilizes digital photo documentation.
