About the Role
As an Enterprise AI Facilitator on the Talent, Growth, and Leadership team, you will drive the execution of AI learning interventions across the enterprise, equipping employees with practical skills to adopt emerging technologies and improve AI proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging workshops and virtual sessions, simplifying complex AI concepts into practical, actionable content.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, aligning programs with specific business unit capability plans.
- Ground training in real-world application using process and workflow maps.
- Support a centralized repository of "just-in-time" AI learning tools.
- Report on session effectiveness, learner engagement, and tool adoption rates while ensuring internal compliance.
- Travel as needed to deliver impact face-to-face or virtually.

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence change and challenge the status quo.
