About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to grow and develop a team in the heart of London. You will use your leadership and mentoring skills to build pension knowledge, ensure the team delivers results, and facilitate cross-training. The role requires comfort with difficult conversations to maximize team deliverables and the utilization of motivational, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure the team feels valued and meets its objectives. You will make a real difference in delivering an efficient service to all stakeholders for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham pension Fund, working within a collaborative, forward-thinking team passionate about customer service.
