About the Role
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of digital experiences for advisers and employers, improving customer journeys, increasing digital adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle for digital products and features, from idea generation through to launch, optimisation and retirement
- Develop and maintain a prioritised product roadmap informed by customer insights, analytics and business strategy
- Champion customer experience across digital products, with a focus on seamless journeys and high usability
- Conduct user research and usability studies in collaboration with design, development and research teams
- Monitor product performance against key metrics and use testing and data insights to improve features and functionality
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, gain support and drive decisions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in digital product management or a similar role, ideally including secure portals
- Experience working with usability, customer-focused design and product optimisation
- Well-developed analytical, prioritisation, negotiation and project management skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
- Willingness to complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing employment
