About the Role

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. We serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships with over 100 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles.
• Utilize scanners for inventory control, including finding and putting away tires.
• Consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (does not test for THC/marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship.
