A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to residents
• Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in the state of NY
• DEA license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
• Nursing home experience strongly preferred
