About the Role

HOOPP is seeking talented individuals to join our Member Services team. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Ontario's healthcare workers by providing world-class customer service, education, and information about pension plans in a fast-paced, professional, and friendly team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing world-class customer service.
• Helping people by providing education and information so that the concepts are easily understood.
• Working in a fast paced, professional, and friendly team-based environment.

Requirements

• Completed a college or University degree, or combination of work experience.
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience working on a team.
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A “can do” positive attitude.

Skills

• Bilingual speaking skills (EN/FR) is an asset.
