- Form connections with each individual served.
- Engage with customers and provide a personalized fitting experience.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with receiving hugs from customers.
- Commission-based sales/retail experience is helpful.
- One-on-one sales presentation experience is helpful.
- Must be willing to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist.
