Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Engage with customers throughout the fitting process.
- Understand customer discomfort (feet, knee, hip, back) and determine appropriate product solutions.
- Form connections with each individual served.
- Participate in a robust training program to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist.
