About the Role

The County Lead supervises Community Based Providers in their assigned region, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and proper documentation in the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage referrals from various resources.
  • Maintain collaboration with clients, families, staff, programs, and community contacts.
  • Provide regular supervision to staff.
  • Facilitate staff meetings.
  • Correspond with leadership regarding the program and agency.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team.
  • Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2 years of related experience working with youth with mental health concerns, addiction, or in foster care settings.
