About the Role
The County Lead supervises Community Based Providers in their assigned region, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and proper documentation in the electronic health record.
Responsibilities
- Manage referrals from various resources.
- Maintain collaboration with clients, families, staff, programs, and community contacts.
- Provide regular supervision to staff.
- Facilitate staff meetings.
- Correspond with leadership regarding the program and agency.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team.
- Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 years of related experience working with youth with mental health concerns, addiction, or in foster care settings.
